In the era of globalization, unlimited opportunities exist for advancement in multiple fields at a global level – for any country, company or individual. Yet, we find that most individuals keep sticking to routine jobs and hardly possess any ambitious goals to pursue. On one hand, there are a large number of positions waiting for right candidates while on the other hand; millions of youths in a country are unemployed or underemployed.

What prevents a person from transforming his or her life to the best of abilities? A worldwide survey revealed serious lack of dreams in young population that keeps itself engaged in a mediocre life and career. It is not only hurting the progress of any individual but also diminishing the growth of a nation. Hence, it is high time to identify the barriers and learn the proven ways to help every individual transform his or her life.

One of the major reasons for this situation has been lack of emphasis on and opportunity for self-exploration provided in present educational systems.
